    Hi Guys! Thanks for that, much appreciated.

    I will bear that in mind next time I run around it this weekend.

    I don't have a start date yet, I am waiting for my reference checks to be started/completed (don't know where they are with it) and my medical date. My last correspondence from recruiting was that there were long delays, but to keep fit and keep swimming and that things would be completed in due course.

    Here's hoping the new budget allocation helps in some small way. Got to keep motivated though, but it is very hard when you don't know what is going on.

    Still, running around the lagoon will suffice for now!!

    I've done it few times and really don't like that route! usually I can complete it within 10min45sec, but I did 11.50 last month in a rainny and windy afternoon....
