    Hi folks,

    I'm Tahii, from Invercargill. Deputy team leader for the local Red Cross Emergency Response Team (8 month old team), and also in the local Community Patrol, and AREC. I've sat my amateur radio exam, passed, but haven't coughed up the cash for a callsign yet.

    In my normal dayjob, I work in the weather industry. I work for a contractor to the MetService, and I do daily climate observations, and release and track weather balloons.

    I've been pointed in this direction by rscole, so blame him if I cause any trouble Hi folks Icon_smile.

    Hey,

    Nah, I'd say the rather large keg hanging off of my chest puts me out of commission there Hi folks Icon_smile. Happy in my duties with Community Patrol (on cameras tonight actually). I'm more interested in my Red Cross duties. Doing PHEC shortly to assist with event first aid.

    So I'm more of an emergency services enthusiast Hi folks Icon_smile.
